Do not recommend this company at all. We waited for over 90 minutes on the day of our rental with little to no communication. When we were eventually told that their boat was down (after being assured on the phone twice by a “Trudi” that there were no issues) they told us we can get a refund. However, since then they have stopped communication and did not issue a refund.

I have disputed the deposit with my credit card company to get my money back. This is seemingly either a scam or just a very poorly run company. Go somewhere else for your rental.

Wanted to rent a Jetski at an address in South Beach and called these people, they said no problem and that I have to pay $45 deposit. After paying the deposit, they told me I had to go to a completely different location, at this point, I didn't even know they had a location in South Beach! Nevertheless, I didn't wanna drive half an hour to the location they gave me and asked for my deposit back, which almost one week later, I did not get.

Received a call 5 minutes before the appointment time that our booking should be changed because of the weather, therefore the weather was as the same when we booked the jet ski. The location was not the same as on Google map. Poor communication skills.

I do not recommend this service! We ordered 2 jet skis for 3 people. When we arrived, they told us that only 3 separate jet skis could be given to us. 1 person is afraid to ride alone, so we asked for 1 for 2 people, but they refused. It was booked for 11.30am, we refused, but we were not given our deposits!!! The locations were changed 2 times.

Rented a jet ski day after christmas I understand its busier season but my experience was honestly unacceptable. It started by me booking it online they sent me an email with a location that was literally in the middle of the bay. I had to call and text them about 20 times before someone called me back with the correct address that was nowhere near the original location. I informed the lady that the address was very far from my house and i would b a couple minutes late. Then we arrived and checked in 5 minutes after our scheduled time. They made us wait 45 minutes until the boat pulled up the man I think called GiGi idk he never introduced himself he was super rude and told us we were late lol and that sorry but our time had passed. I explained we were late bc of the wrong address given to us. He then looked at me like i was stupid when i didnt have a boating license or whatever was required (which no one told me before). He then said he could take us but it would cost extra for the licenses. He also charged me more than was promised originally. We finally got on the water an hour and a half later than our appointment time. They make u stay in about a 300 square foot area for driving so u cant go very far or fast. While we were riding the same guy came up to us and asked if we had our boating licenses again. Like maybe he didnt remember us?! lol again also he was rude about it and we of course said our license was on his boat. Like huh? The person i went with was super fun tho but definitely do not recommend this company!

Me and my wife had an amazing time on the jetski. I was running a bit late because parking in the area is tough, so anyone coming should plan a few extra minutes to find a spot.
Even though I arrived after my reservation time, they were very nice, helped show me where to park, and waited for me.

Had an amazing time jet skiing with Gio — super friendly, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident. The ride was thrilling, the views were stunning, and the vibes were 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, smooth experience on the water!

I was in town for the weekend and stopped by and rented the jet skis the guide there Cris hooked it up and took us out he took a whole photo shoot of us on the water. 10 out of 10 100% recommend this spot!!!!!

How old do you have to be to rent a jet ski?

Riders must be at least 14 years old with parental consent. If you are 18 or older, no parental consent is required.

Can a Minor Drive a Jet Ski?

Yes. Minors aged 14 and older may operate a jet ski, but they must have a valid Boater Education ID card.

Is this a guided jet ski rental?

No, this is not a guided tour. You are free to ride within our large designated riding area in the bay.

How many people are allowed on a jet ski?

Up to 2 riders are allowed per jet ski, with a combined weight limit of 500 lbs.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we operate by reservation only. However, you can book online or over the phone, and last-minute bookings are always welcome.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If bad weather is forecasted in our area, we will contact you by call or text to offer a reschedule or a full refund. We may also offer availability at another location not affected by the weather. We operate rain or shine; however, if conditions are unsafe and prevent us from riding, these options will apply

Does a school ID count?

No, only valid government-issued IDs are accepted. Photos of your ID are also acceptable

Are these newer jet skis?

Yes, our fleet features the latest Yamaha VX and Sea-Doo models, ensuring a smooth, reliable, and high-performance ride.

What’s the weight limit?

The maximum weight limit per jet ski is 500 lbs.
