BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not use this 3rd party company. We didn't know this was a 3rd party booking company to start. We were led to believe this was THE company. We booked jet ski's. We went all the way to the meeting area, spent $40 on parking just to find out that they "had trouble getting the boat out". Trudie rebooked us immediately in Coconut Bay.....a 30 minute drive with traffic. Another charge for parking. Just to find out that the companies don't speak to one another and we were told we didn't have a spot for another 3 hours.

After calling back the original booking agent, we were told that she would reach out to her boss about a refund and heard nothing back.

Very disappointing experience. The jet ski flipped during a simple turn, something that has never happened to me despite riding jet skis many times before. I was then charged an extra $400. In my opinion, the jet ski was unstable and too easy to flip. Be careful before renting from this company.

My friends and I went to Miami for vacation, and the weather was nice out so we decided to rent some jet skis to have some fun. But after we booked the reservation online and paid, the company called and texted that they have to cancel our reservation because of “bad weather”. Now this was our last day in miami so we asked for a refund and they agreed to it. Fast forward to now, it’s been almost a week since i’ve been home and they’re refusing to give me my money back and is now ghosting me. Go book somewhere else, because this place WILL steal your money. If you’re seeing this, give us our money back or we’ll have to dispute it with the bank or the Better Business Bureau.

Set a reservation for 4:30pm. Get a message from them saying that the location is 40 minutes from where it’s listed online. Get there and they tell us the soonest we can get on is 6:30pm. Pricing was inaccurate. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional.

Not in south beach! Very misleading, the machines are governed at 35mph and have a gps transmitter that throttles the machine down constantly. This also eliminates your ability to steer it when powered down potentially creating a safety issue. You can only steer a jet ski when it is under power. Go somewhere else

100% recommended!!! The meeting location is slightly north of the point shown on the map, but it’s not far at all. All the instructors are super cool! They’ll teach you how to ride, and even if you’re a complete novice (like me), you’ll still be able to drive the jet ski with ease. Even if you fall into the water, they’ll help you get back on, so don’t worry about it. Just go for it—I promise you’ll have an amazing time!

The location was stunning, offering beautiful views and plenty of space to enjoy the ride. I felt safe and well-guided throughout the experience, and the team was always available to answer questions and offer tips. Loved the guide Diego! No, this is not a guided tour. You are free to ride within our large designated riding area in the bay.

Up to 2 riders are allowed per jet ski, with a combined weight limit of 500 lbs.

No, we operate by reservation only. However, you can book online or over the phone, and last-minute bookings are always welcome.

If bad weather is forecasted in our area, we will contact you by call or text to offer a reschedule or a full refund. We may also offer availability at another location not affected by the weather. We operate rain or shine; however, if conditions are unsafe and prevent us from riding, these options will apply
